Yes! Bronze membership is free and automatic. Simply complete any ECSA course and you'll be added to our alumni community with access to all Bronze benefits including the job board, forums, and newsletter.
How do CPD hours work for alumni members? +
Silver members earn 2 CPD hours per month through attending monthly masterclasses (24 hours annually). Gold members earn 4 CPD hours per month (48 hours annually). All CPD hours are documented and verifiable for professional certifications.
Can I upgrade from Silver to Gold anytime? +
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Your membership will be prorated based on your renewal date, and you'll gain immediate access to all Gold member benefits.
Are the courses discounts stackable with other promotions? +
Alumni discounts (10% Silver / 15% Gold) cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. However, they apply to all individual courses and can be used on course bundles for maximum savings.
How do I access the masterclass recordings? +
Log into your learner dashboard and navigate to the Masterclass Library. Silver members can stream recordings on-demand. Gold members receive lifetime access to download and keep recordings offline.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime? +
No contract. You can cancel your membership anytime. Annual memberships renew automatically on your anniversary date. You'll receive a reminder 14 days before renewal.
